Califa Media Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States); We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS carrier rates.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

International Shipping: We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days

All other countries: 10–21 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Media Mail: Eligible book and media orders shipped within North America may qualify for USPS Media Mail rates, which are calculated at checkout. Media Mail delivery typically takes 2–8 business days.

Digital Products: Digital products (e-books, downloadable media, etc.) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation. No shipping charges apply to digital orders.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the USPS or UPS website.

Shipping Restrictions: Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
